FIRM Action, the political engagement arm of the Fair Immigration Reform Movement, is fighting to transform our immigration system, defend democracy, and achieve justice for all immigrants in the United States - current and future. The FIRM Action network includes 24 immigrant rights organizations working in 26 states. It is the only table in the country that unites immigrant rights organizations doing direct voter work on the ground. Together, the network believes in a vision of a country that values and respects immigrants’ contributions. We are committed to ensuring that those most impacted have a voice at the table and delivering the changes they want to see through a multifaceted approach that prioritizes collaboration, organizing, advocacy, and action.
SONS & DAUGHTERS OF IMMIGRANTS
The Sons & Daughters of Immigrants carry the dreams of their immigrant parents. Their families came to the United States, a land of opportunities and hope, for a better life.
This year, thirteen FIRM Action members and counting have endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris, a daughter of immigrants, for U.S. President.
The FIRM’s Sons & Daughters of Immigrants campaign will uplift stories and humanize the immigrant narrative and their positive contributions at a time when immigration is being attacked on both sides of the aisle.
